Adult film star Lana Rhoades claims she went on a date with an NBA basketball player but he decided to bring along another woman as a 'back-up option'.

Rhoades decided to go out on a date with the unnamed player for the Brooklyn Nets while she was in New York, but soon found out it wasn't going to work out.

That's not least because the unnamed NBA player brought another woman along as some sort of insurance policy, but also because they simply didn't 'click'.

Well, nothing creates a great atmosphere for a date like another woman hanging around, right?

Anyway, Rhoades shared her story on the newest episode of her '3 Girls 1 Kitchen' podcast, explaining how the Nets baller decided to get in touch with her and try to hook up while she was in the Big Apple.

He brought her to one of his games and fixed her up in a skybox, which - actually - is a bit weird given that he'd have been playing and therefore wouldn't have been there the whole time.

At least he took her out for dinner afterwards, but that's when she realised the other woman was there as a 'back-up option'.

She said: "The guy who invited me also invited one of the other girls - and this isn't the first time that this has happened to me - that where I've been invited on a date and they also invite a 'backup option'."

Rhoades then went on to say that she actually cleared out before the end of dinner as she realised that the basketball player was actually quite boring and non-committal anyway.

You don't say?

She added: "We ended up leaving dinner, not because of that situation because at that point, you're already friend-zoned, I don't give a f*** who you're talking to, the date was really boring.

"I don't want to be mean but me and this guy just didn't click and I'm like what's your favorite this, what's your opinion on this, and he was just like, I don't have opinions on anything, I don't have favorite anythings, and he was serious and he wasn't just saying that to shut down the conversation."

She concluded: "He's not spicy enough for me"

Who knows, maybe the anonymous athlete went on to have a great night with the other woman, but it's clear Lana wasn't having any of it.
