Many of us are curiously wait for the new series of Tracy Beaker to drop to reminisce over the characters and make ourselves feel really old.

One person that can't be forgotten is Louise - she was the blond kid at the Dumping Ground who was best friends with Tracy (played by Dani Harmer) and ended up befriending Tracy's enemy - Justine Littlewood (Montanna Thompson).

The actor who played Louise - Chelsie Padley - is now a personal trainer and, judging by her social media, is absolutely ripped.

Chelsie has a YouTube channel as well as workout classes and also sells gym wear on her website Fit Peach Fitness.

Catching up with LADbible, Chelsie - who is now 29 - said: "After college I stopped dancing so found myself living quite an unhealthy lifestyle.

"I hadn't done much 'fitness' before as dance was always my sport so I started going regularly to some sessions for my own mental and physical wellbeing and almost straight away thought I could do this and it would feel really rewarding helping people feel good.

"I'm the type of person that if I get stuck into something and commit then I give it 100 percent so I went for the fitness path and just left myself with amazing memories of the acting world.

"As you get older and more out of the loop you then start to lose confidence and belief in yourself that you could ever go back but since the reboot of My Mum Tracy Beaker has got me fully reminiscing, I feel a slight fire in my belly and definitely wouldn't say no to any opportunities.

"Also, with the current situation the world is in right now, it's certainly changed my perspective of life and makes me think I need to be more fearless."

The PT, who said she'll be tuning into watch how Tracy's adult life unfolds, is still friends with lead actor Dani Harmer and hopes there may be a reunion with the original cast.

Chelsie told LADbible: "I am so excited for the new series. I still keep in touch with Dani, she does my online classes sometimes which is awesome, and when she told me I was elated for her!

"The fans have been pestering her for years asking if there will be more and the BBC have delivered. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but when I watched the trailer for it recently I realised its going to be even better than I imagined. The people need to know what happened to Tracy Beaker!"

In My Mum Tracy Beaker, the character now has an 11-year-old daughter, Jess, played by Emma Davies.

The show is told from the perspective of Jess and follows the pair as they struggle to cope financially, with Tracy finding love in the form of a rich ex-footballer boyfriend Sean Godfrey (Jordan Duvigneau).

Davies said she was a huge fan of the CBBC series The Story of Tracy Beaker - adapted from the Jacqueline Wilson novels - and that she can't wait for it to hit our screens.

Tracy Beaker is returning for another series.

Emma Davies said: "I'm really enjoying playing Jess Beaker, she's such a fun character to play. It was so awesome to start work on the show as me and my brother have watched Tracy Beaker for as long as I can remember, we are huge fans!

"Filming so far has been fantastic, everyone is really nice and friendly and I'm having the best time."

My Mum Tracy Beaker will air on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 17:00 on CBBC and it will also be available on the BBC iPlayer.
