With the first part already a smash success, Netflix has moved to release a trailer for part two of Lupin, with the episodes likely to drop in the summer. Check it out:
The hit French mystery thriller stars Omar Sy. The 43 year-old, who has starred in the likes of Jurassic World and X-Men: Days of Future Past, plays Assane Diop.

Diop is a son of a Senegalese immigrant, who uses world-famous gentleman thief - and master of disguise - Arsène Lupin as his inspiration.
The show has something of a high pedigree, as it created by sometime Killing Eve writer George Kay in collaboration with Family Business writer François Uzan.
Nevertheless, the show has surpassed many people's expectations, with Deadline reporting that 70 million households had been projected to watch the show within four weeks of its 8 January debut.
Lupin is a contemporary adaptation of the novels penned by French writer Maurice LeBlanc, who created the character way back in 1905.
With Assane's father framed for the theft of an expensive diamond necklace by dastardly but wealthy employer Hubert Pellegrini, he hangs himself in his prison cell out of shame, leaving the teenage Assane an orphan.

Twenty-five years later, Assane is out for revenge on the Pellegrini family, using his charisma and mastery of thievery, subterfuge and disguise to expose Hubert's crimes.
The first five episodes of the series ended on something of a cliffhanger and it looks like the tension is only going to get ratcheted up further.
Those who watched the first part of the series will know that Assane's actions led to his son getting kidnapped with it being left open as to what might happen to him.
As the beginning of the teaser suggests, it looks like Assane is now going to have to change his tactics while also attempting to get his son back.
The first clip of the teaser sees the main character threatening someone that he'll kill them if they hurt his kid.

While there still isn't a fixed date as to when part two is coming, this teaser - coupled with the knowledge that it'll happen at some point in the summer - is exciting enough for now, and you can expect the anticipation to build in the weeks ahead.
