It's a good time to be a Friends fan. Not only is FriendsFest back in Blighty to mark the 25th anniversary of the show, but now a number of cinemas have announced they will be playing episodes of the beloved sitcom back-to-back in the run-up to Christmas.

Could we BE anymore excited?

Odeon cinemas across the country will show they're there for the fans by launching a three-part screening of four carefully selected episodes.

On 8 December, you can enjoy 'The One Where Monica Gets a Roommate', 'The One with the Blackout', 'The One With The Birth' and 'The One Where Ross Finds Out'.

Part two airs on 11 December, and includes 'The One With the Prom Video', 'The One Where No One's Ready', 'The One The Morning After' and 'The One With The Embryos'.

And finally, on 15 December, audiences can treat themselves to the third and final instalment, featuring the following episodes: 'The One With Chandler In A Box', 'The One With Ross's Wedding Part 2', 'The One Where Everyone Finds Out' and 'The One Where Ross Got High'.

Sound good? Thought so. Plus, tickets are just over £13. Yes, it might seem a lot when you can stream the lot on Netflix, but when have you ever had the chance to see Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross, Chandler, Joey and their antics on the big screen?

As the cinema said in its description of the event: "Our friends are still there for you, 25 years later! Celebrate the milestone anniversary of the beloved sitcom, coming to the big screen for the first time ever!

"This is a show about love and sex and careers and a time in life when everything is possible... about the search for commitment and security... and the fear of commitment and security.

"Most of all, it's about friendship - for when you're young and single in the city, your friends are your family."

So grab yourself a ticket or two and get yourself down to the pictures for a night of nostalgia - it would make the perfect early festive present for you and a pal.

Elsewhere in the Friendsverse, Rachel Green actress Jennifer Anniston recently (finally) joined Instagram and in doing so, not only squeezed a quick reunion snap but also managed to break the internet while she was at it. Classic Jen.
