Paris Jackson is set to appear in the upcoming season of American Horror Story, according to a new report.

The model and actor will feature in American Horror Story: Double Feature, which is currently in production after being delayed by the pandemic.

The new season will be split into two mini-series, 'one set by the sea' and a 'second by the sand' and Jackson is set to appear in the second series, TMZ reports.

The news outlet reported that the 23-year-old, who is the only daughter of Michael Jackson, will appear in 'at least one episode'.

If the report is correct, Jackson will be joining American Horror Story regulars Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe and Kathy Bates as well as first-timer Macaulay Culkin.

Last month Murphy shared a sneak peek at Culkin's character - as he stood on set with co-star Leslie Grossman.

As ever with American Horror Story plot details are being kept strictly under wraps, however, creator Ryan Murphy did let slip that things got pretty spicy between Culkin and Bates' characters.

Yup - speaking to E! News, Murphy said: "So, I have this very, very great insane part. And I asked to speak to him [Culkin] on the phone and he said OK.

"[When] I cast, I never let people read things, usually. I said, 'OK, here's the pitch.' And I told them the character and I told him he has crazy, erotic sex with Kathy Bates and does other things.

"And he paused and he goes, 'This sounds like the role I was born to play.' So, he signed up right then and there."

Meanwhile, co-star Finn Wittrock has promised fans a 'different' type of season this time around.

He told Entertainment Weekly : "I think the suspense in [season 10] and the tight, constrained nature of the story is different than other seasons.

"I was really interested in trying to mount the pressure in the right way, if that makes sense. It is different in tone than a lot of the other seasons."

As yet, there's no release date for the 10th season, but it's been rumoured it will land in the latter half of this year.

Anyone else oddly curious about that Culkin/Bates sex scene? Come on, can't just be me...
