Earlier this year, Disney announced its plans for a reboot of Home Alone, though beyond that not much more was known.
But now we have a little more info, with a star-studded cast set to take on the roles made famous in the 1990 Christmas classic.
According to reports, child star Archie Yates - from Jojo Rabbit - will step into the fairly sizeable shoes left by Macaulay Culkin.

While Catastrophe star Rob Delaney and Ellie Kemper - from The Office US - will also star in the movie which is set to begin shooting early next year in Canada.
Dan Mazer, who is best-known for directing Dirty Grandpa and Sacha Baron Cohen's controversial series Who Is America?, is heading up the movie, with the script set to be written by Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell.
News of the movie was announced over the summer, with Disney boss Bob Iger saying it would be "reimagined" for "a new generation".

And while a specific plot has yet to be confirmed, it would be unlikely to deviate too far from that of the original - I mean, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?
It is one of a number of classic kids movies being brought over the Disney's new streaming site Disney+, which is set to launch in the UK in March next year.
As well as Home Alone, the entertainment giant also intends to remake Night at the Museum, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and Cheaper by the Dozen.
The folks over at Disney also plan to do a reboot of The Mighty Ducks. According to Screenrant, there have been rumblings for some time about a possible revival of the movie but in TV form.
Discussing Film reports that the series will come under the Disney+ streaming service and filming will get underway in February next year.

Instead of the reboot focusing on the same old story, it looks like they're going down a different route.
Reports suggest the series will focus 'on a 13-year-old boy when he gets kicked off the junior division Mighty Ducks team, his mom decides to start their own team, finding players, a coach, and a place to play'.
Interesting, indeed.
The reboot reportedly has the director of the original 1992 film on board, as well as Josh Goldsmith, Cathy Yuspa, George Heller, and Brad Petrigala as executive producers.
