Sandra Bullock and Jon Bernthal are set to star together in a new Netflix thriller.
Not much is known about the as yet untitled movie other than it will also star Viola Davis (Suicide Squad), Aisling Franciosi (Game of Thrones), and Rob Morgan (Daredevil).
According to reports, the film is based around Bullock's character who is released from prison after having been convicted of a series of brutal crimes.

But despite serving her time, family and friends from the past are still not able to forgive her crimes. In a desperate bid for redemption, she sets out to find the estranged younger sister she left behind.
The movie is being directed by Nora Fingscheidt, with the script coming from the mind of Christopher McQuarrie (Mission: Impossible - Fallout).
According to Variety, filming is already underway in Vancouver, Canada.
It is the second collaboration between Bullock and Netflix, coming more than a year after the release of her dystopian nightmare Birdbox, which received rave reviews.

The 55-year-old played a mother-of-two experiencing the inevitable difficulties of living in a post-apocalyptic world.
The general gist is that supernatural entities that take the appearance of their victims' worst fears, regrets, and losses cause them to die by suicide.
The film's synopsis explains: "When a mysterious force decimates the world's population, only one thing is certain: if you see it, you take your life."
The drama, which was directed by Susanne Bier, was based on a 2014 novel by Josh Malerman.
Ahead of filming for her new movie, Bullock, with the help of Ryan Reynolds, recently serenaded former co-star Betty White to celebrate her 98th birthday.

The three actors all starred together in the 2009 movie The Proposal and clearly Reynolds and Bullock have a lot of time for White.
In a video, the pair sang happy birthday to the eight-time Emmy award winner - with Reynolds adding a smattering of his usual quirky banter.
After Bullock claims to love White more, Reynolds says: "What does Sandy do for you every year?
"Does she like, show up and hand-deliver flowers to you wearing nothing but black socks and a dozen gold bracelets, just like you requested? Doubt it."

Then, on a more serious note, Bullock tells White she loves her. Awww.
It's no more than White deserves though, having garnered a massive fan-base and become an icon of the screen in a career spanning 80 years.
