It's the episode on SAS: Who Dares Wins we all know is coming, but it never gets any easier to watch. The contestants stand toe-to-toe and exercise 'pure, sheer, controlled aggression'.
In simpler terms, they beat the s*** out of each other until they're pulled apart and usually the directing staff (DS) will put a woman and a man together to battle it out.
Viewers were left shocked as 31-year-old Lauren Calvert was tasked to fight fellow contestant and former convict Adam who weighs in 30 kilograms heavier than her. The two had been placed together for the entire episode to work as a pair before being told they would fight.

Viewers reacted to the action on Twitter:
During the show, we watched as chief instructor, Ant Middleton, told Lauren: "You mix it with the men, right? Remember you told me that at the beginning, didn't you? You meant that, didn't you?

"That's why I'm putting you in that situation, giving you the opportunity to put your money where your mouth is."
An impressively unfazed Lauren managed to land a few blows on Adam before being punched to the ground. Middleton then picked her off the floor and asked whether she was ready to go again.
While most of us may have got on our merry way, Lauren continued to brawl with her partner as the rest of the contestants watched on.

Showing his appreciation for her efforts, Middleton told her: "Good, you wanted to mix it with the men well guess what you've f***ing just done that. Well done."
After the pair fought, the DS expressed their respect for them, particularly Adam's control. During a private meeting to chat about the contestants, Middleton said: "He could have absolutely leathered number 7 [Lauren], which he did but controlled."
They went on to agree that Adam is 'boring' before dragging him in for a conversation where he revealed more about his drug dealing past.
Adam told the DS: "I went to jail 10 years ago for a cocaine charge and had five and half years. Around 16 or 17 I started getting involved with dealing weed, doing some drug drop offs with the older boys. And then I just started climbing up the ladder basically."

One of the DS, Mark 'Billy' Billingham interjected to say: "The ladder of scum. There's your f***ing biggest failure I've seen so far. Money took priority over f***ing lives. Not your lives, other people's lives."
