Terry Crews has revealed his wife Rebecca King-Crews is now '100 percent cancer free' after undergoing surgery.

Crews, told Extra's Billy Bush - who you might remember from a certain, let's say, attention-grabbing video featuring Donald Trump - about his future presenting America's Got Talent, as well as Rebecca's battle against the disease.

He told Bush: "She's amazing, 100 percent cancer free, recovering so well, but I'm going to tell you, man, it was scary, brother. It was really the most frightening news I've ever received... I'm the most thankful man in the world right now she's doing so well."

King-Crews, 54, a singer by trade, revealed to People that she'd been suffering with stage one breast cancer, and had to have a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery as a result.

She said: "Though it was Stage 1, you're overwhelmed with fear, like cancer is this all-consuming, all-powerful evil entity.

"I just thought to myself, 'Okay, if they find something, Rebecca, just cut it off and reconstruct it.'"

However, she did say that after her diagnosis she had a feeling it would all pan out for the best, because she 'had this clear vision of myself stepping through a door, and on the other side of this door, the sun was shining brightly and I was very happy'.

She said: "I just had this sense that I was going to be okay."

However, it would seem that Terry was still - understandably - pretty terrified and upset about the whole thing.

King-Crews continued: "My husband has watched me go through a lot, but the look on his face... he looked at me like I was going to die.

"He told me it felt like his insides were melting. I said, 'I need you to be strong for me,' and he said, 'Okay' and hugged me, but I think he needed that hug."

As for America's Got Talent, Crews is excited to be getting stuck into the new season, and has seen some of the acts already given that they're auditioning from home because of the coronavirus pandemic.

He said: "Oh, I've seen some amazing acts from home. Dude, we had a dog that was singing on cue, in tune - it blew my mind."

Crews will return to host the show and will be joined by a judging panel that includes Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and - a new addition for this season - Sofia Vergara.
