Netflix has announced its star-studded new film The Devil All The Time will be released on 16 September.
The movie was written by Antonio Campos and Paulo Campos and will feature... wait for it: Tom Holland, Bill Skarsgård, Riley Keough, Jason Clarke, Sebastian Stan, Robert Pattinson, Haley Bennett, Mia Wasikowska, Eliza Scanlen, Harry Melling and Pokey LaFarge.
The film is an adaptation of Donald Ray Pollock's 2011 novel and set in a fictional town called Knockemstiff, Ohio.

Netflix's synopsis reads: "Set in rural southern Ohio and West Virginia, The Devil All The Time follows a cast of compelling and bizarre characters from the end of World War II to the 1960s.
"There's Willard Russell, tormented veteran of the carnage in the South Pacific, who can't save his beautiful wife, Charlotte, from an agonising death by cancer no matter how much sacrificial blood he pours on his 'prayer log'.
"There's Carl and Sandy Henderson, a husband-and-wife team of serial killers, who troll America's highways searching for suitable models to photograph and exterminate.
"There's the spider-handling preacher Roy and his crippled virtuoso-guitar-playing sidekick, Theodore, running from the law. And caught in the middle of all this is Arvin Eugene Russell, Willard and Charlotte's orphaned son, who grows up to be a good but also violent man in his own right."

Replying to the announcement, one person wrote: "This was a fantastic book, I'm excited!"
Another added: "WHERES THE TRAILER[?]" and a third commented: "Just reminding you that Jake Gyllenhaal is producing The Devil All the Time."
Chris Evans was part of the original cast but Sebastian Stan has replaced him, according to Variety.

Let's have a look at some of the actors in the film. We all know Tom Holland best for his role as Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and he is currently filming Uncharted with Mark Wahlberg.
Robert Pattinson became a household name after rising to prominence in The Twilight Saga, but don't hold that against him. He's also been in good films since such as Good Time, and is the latest actor to take on the role of Batman.
Swedish actor Bill Skarsgård played Zeitgeist in Deadpool 2 and killer clown Pennywise in the IT films.

Mia Wasikowska is best-known for her portrayal of Alice in Tim Burton's adaptation of Alice In Wonderland, while 20-year-old Eliza Scanlen received critical acclaim for her portrayal of Amma Crellin in Sharp Objects.
Meanwhile, director Antonio Campos is best known for his work on The Sinner.
