The Rock Reacts To Prince William Being Named World's Sexiest Bald Man

The Most Electrifying Man In Sports Entertainment has his own ideas

Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has responded to the news that Prince William has been declared the world's sexiest bald man.

Of course, William has the royal blood and money, but Rocky is wrestling royalty and was at one stage the best paid actor on TV.

However, it's not himself that The Rock is arguing the case for, surprisingly.

Johnson tweeted: "How in the cinnamon toast f**k does this happen - when Larry David clearly has a pulse?!?!"

He then added the hashtag #demandingrecount to make clear his opposition to the findings.

Those findings, since you've asked, were the results of a Google study to find out who is the most desirable bald man on the planet right now.

It discovered that Prince William had been referred to as sexy on 17.6 million occasions, which is what put him at the top of the pile.

Perhaps even more bizarre, the second place went to Mike Tyson. The 54-year-old face-tattooed boxer has to be happy with that result.

The top five was rounded out by Hollywood actor Jason Statham, musician and 'Mr Worldwide' Pitbull, and basketball legend Michael Jordan.

The Rock did feature too, as did Bruce Willis, John Travolta - is he really bald? - Floyd Mayweather, and Vin Diesel.

A spokesperson for cosmetic surgery specialists Longevita, who performed the research, is quoted in The Sun as having said: "There are quite a few bald public figures we can feast our eyes on."

Really, Prince William?

Elsewhere on the list, there were honourable mentions for people like Star Trek: The Next Generation and X-Men star Patrick Stewart, as well as Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Whilst there has been a lot of backlash to the results, it's all based on cold hard data, so there is little to argue that this isn't a true reflection of what people really think.

Obviously, you could skew the results by heading out and searching 'Danny DeVito sexy' some 18 million times, but - really - who has the time for that?

The Rock found a lot of support underneath his post, with one Twitter user writing: "What happened to the Rock? Vin Diesel and Jason Statham? Really?"

You know what to do.

They're all in there, just not in the number one spot.

Another said: "What happened to the Rock? Vin Diesel and Jason Statham? Really?"

A third chimed in: "He's not even fully bald. I think there's been money exchanged under a table somewhere."

Well, you know how to change it if you're not happy with what you've seen.
