You co-creator and executive producer Sera Gamble has revealed that work has started on the show's third season, having shared the good news on Twitter.
Spilling the beans, she tweeted: "We've started work on season 3. Just thought you'd want to know."
WE DID!

The show - which stars Penn Badgley as serial stalker Joe/Will (he likes to go by a few different names) - was renewed for a third season by Netflix within just a few weeks of season two dropping.
While we don't have an exact release date as it's early days yet, Netflix did confirm to LADbible that season three would debut at some point in 2021.
Season three has been in conversations for a while now, with Gamble saying last year that it just depended on whether viewers enjoyed the second series - which, it transpired, they have done.

At the time, Gamble told Cosmopolitan: "Absolutely it could come back for season three.
"First of all, it's up to the powers that be. We hope that a lot of people will watch the show and that it gets to continue.
"I will say that we have an idea for season three that is SO exciting that people talk about it in the [writer's] room everyday. So my fingers are crossed... I'll just say, I hope we get the chance to keep making the show."
Penn Badgley has also been teasing details of the third series - although not so much intentionally.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight towards the end of last year, the actor slipped up while discussing the possibility of a female killer being found out in the current series.
The 33-year-old said: "She doesn't appear to be the same kind of person. She doesn't appear to be the same kind of predator. She doesn't appear to be the same kind of... you know, dare I say, in the third season - oh, God!"
Oops.
Realising his mistake, Badgley slapped his head. But it didn't take long for the reporter to jump on it and press him more on the possibility of a third season.
