It's been a year to the day since the second season first aired and fans have been waiting ever so patiently for the third instalment to grace our screens.
That day will finally be upon us when Rick and Morty officially airs on July 30.
The first episode, 'The Rickshank Redemption', premiered on April Fool's day, with many people, at first, thinking it was nothing but fake news. But it was very real and contained an Inception level of mind-fucking - in true Rick and Morty style.
If this was five years ago, the rest of the world would have to wait days, weeks or even sometimes months until a TV show or movie would be released after first debuting in America. But luckily, it's 2017, and that means everyone gets it at the same time.

According to The Independent, Netflix will add the first episode to its schedule in four days and then every Sunday, another one will be uploaded. The UK version of the streaming service will get it at the same time as the US.
The next chapter is called 'Rickmancing The Stone', a clever spin-off of the film Romancing the Stone, and as much as most people would want 50 episodes to come from the latest season, unfortunately there will only be ten.
Writing for the season started all the way back in 2015, with the team facing a few hurdles over the many months.
Co-creator Dan Harmon told an audience at the Sundance Film Festival: "[Me and co-creator Justin Roiland] have fights all the time and then we have fights about why we're having fights. Well, we didn't fight during season two, that's why it's taking longer. All this fighting. So OK, let's stop fighting."

That led to a lot of speculation and worry that fights between the pair would derail the show altogether. But luckily, Dan posted a long explanation on Twitter to put everyone at ease.
He said: "I understand and we are flattered that in an information vacuum, with the show so late, any morsel of info is going to have huge weight. But the truth is not dramatic. It's quite boring. We love our show. It's a weird show that we struggle to not overthink OR underthink. As for now, they're drawing it."

The new season will have a host of famous people lending their voices to different characters, including Christian Slater, Joel McHale, Gillian Jacobs, Keith David, Susan Sarandon and Danny Trejo.
Several other episode titles have been released, including 'Pickle Rick', 'Vindicators 3: The Return of Worldender', 'The Whirly Dirly Conspiracy' and 'Rest and Ricklaxation'.
I would love to assume that the names give away the plot but, using previous experience, it probably won't.
