Aaron Chalmers has sensationally knocked out his opponent Alex Thompson at BAMMA 31, making it two wins from two bouts. The Geordie Shore star looked confident before the bout started and made quick work of Thompson.

The MMA fight was over in just 32 seconds, after Chalmers landed a clean left-handed hook straight into Thompson's face. The reality TV star even managed to get another punch to his opponent's face with his right hand, before Thompson hit the deck hard.

Chalmers foreshadowed the brutal KO in a fiery press conference before the bout, saying: "I've had a much better camp this time, I feel confident and I think I'll be much more relaxed.

"I'm going to put [him] out cold, believe me."

Understandably, that set Thompson off, with him responding: "When I take you down and smash your fucking eyeballs then we'll see.

"I'll take you down and put my elbow straight into your face."

It's off the back of Chalmers' debut match and subsequent win in May against Greg Jenkins. That was a similarly quick fight, with MMA Mad editor, Dale Jordan, telling LADbible: "Even though there looked to be a substantial weight difference between the two fighters, Chalmers looked calm and composed on the feet and managed to control position when the ground hit the mat."

There was plenty of love from other reality TV colleagues, with several sending messages before the fight started.

He's also received plenty of praise from the public and across wider social media, with many congratulating him for his power and agility.

Before the fight, Aaron also boasted that his training helps him tackle any opponent: "I'm in a very good gym with some of the best fighters in the country and the world so I can only get better. I'm fortunate enough that I don't have to work so I moved to Birmingham for eight weeks."

Hopefully all that hard work continues to pay off in his next fights.
