Actor Stuns TikTok Viewers With Real Age As People Think She's A Teen

An actor has left TikTok users shocked after revealing that she is in fact 40 despite many people assuming she's a teenager.

Tris Marie, from Branson, Missouri, took part in an 'age check challenge' where she let fans into her little secret - that she's actually 40-years-old.

The video, which has been viewed over 2.4 million times, has amassed over 170,000 likes and more than 12,500 comments from confused viewers.

One person wrote: "I'm 22 and I look like her mom," another added: "I was like 'Bruh she like 20 is she bout to lie and say she's like 13.. When she said forty my mouth DROPPED."

Another viewer asked: "Man, how you get to look like that at 40 and I look 66 at 30?" To which Tris responded: "I dunno lol I'm Irish... good genes I guess?" Your guess is as good as ours.

In the video, Tris is wearing a bright pink Barbie jumper which could be a little deceiving but even when she's got 'normal' clothes on she still looks like a woman in her 20s. It's just not fair.

At the beginning of the clip she has her back to the camera before turning round and smiling as the voice over says: "Alright, this sound's for everyone who looks younger than their actual age and people don't believe them when you tell them how old you are."

She captioned the short video: "In high school I looked like a kid." More people got in touch to tell her she was lying...

One said: "Not a chance. You're 25 and I won't believe anything else." Another gave a very convincing explanation: "We have a damn vampire on our hands. She hit 20 and hasn't aged since."

Speaking to FEMAIL, Tris said: "People never believe me when I tell them my age. They assume that I'm lying for attention, which I'm not. I've had them guess my age ranging anywhere from 16-35. And most people assume I'm in my late 20s."

So what's the secret to staying youthful, I hear you scream? Well Tris says the key is taking care of your skin from a young age and 'live as happily as you can'. Sounds nice.

She did however add that she's never smoked or drank alcohol - ok, I don't think we can all get on board with that...
