Ariana Grande Destroys Piers Morgan After He Criticised Little Mix

Is it really just a matter of hours since Piers Morgan demanded an apology from Jesy Nelson? So much has happened since the Little Mix singer referred to the Good Morning Britain presenter as a 'twat' live on BBC Radio 1.

This followed Piers accusing the band of 'using their nudity' to sell their latest album - unsurprisingly, the 53-year-old TV personality was severely unimpressed by their retaliatory insult. He addressed Little Mix from the GMB studio, saying: "I think you need to make a public apology during your campaign to root out bad language from public discourse to me."

Well, he's now taken the debate one step further - only to be slammed for his actions by singer Ariana Grande.

Grande's mum Joan actually got involved first, taking to Twitter to ask Piers a fairly blunt question, while referencing his additional comments that US chat show host Ellen DeGeneres was a 'hypocrite':


Piers replied by posting: "Hi Joan, my mother taught me to speak my mind and never be afraid to express honestly held opinion.

"Ellen's a hypocrite - and as for Little Mix, I'd just prefer they use their talent to sell records rather than their nudity.

"As your own daughter does...!"

Ariana then jumped into the debate, offering her own thoughts on the matter:


Owch. Burn.

Safe to say, the people of Twitter seem pleased with her put down.

So that's another skirmish over and done with. Wonder where this war is heading next...?
