Danielle Bregoli has been lucky to have avoided jail-time over several charges relating to separate incidents before she became a viral star.

But the teenager will spend five years under a probation order, after being sentenced in in Delray Beach, Florida.

Last month she pleaded guilty to filing a false police report, grand theft, grand theft auto and possession of marijuana. The State Attorney's office alleged that Bregoli, who rose to online stardom after coining the phrase 'Cash me ousside, how bout dat', stole her mother's purse, her car and falsely told police that her mum had been using heroin.

The third incident occurred in May last year when the teen called police to report a domestic battery. Once officers arrived, she pointed to powdered sugar spread out in the bathroom and tried to claim it was an illegal narcotic.

The charge relating to marijuana allegedly happened at a friend's property in Boynton Beach, Florida. TMZ reported Danielle told police that she hadn't smoked any of the drug but she was still given a citation because both girls refused to tell the officers where the cannabis came from.

The state was pushing for Danielle to stay in Palm Beach County, but she's been allowed to serve her probation in California where she lives with her mum Barbara Bregoli.

She's previously told Hollywood Life, the charges are based on 'mistakes I've made in the past, not mistakes I plan to make again in the future'.

Her father Ira Peskowitz believes that his daughter is being exploited by people since she became an internet sensation. He told WPBF: "She posts 24-7. It's controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behaviour for a 14-year-old child."

During her court case, he asked the judge whether Danielle's internet access could be restricted, but the request was denied. He also believes that his daughter is being groomed for a career in porn.

In May, TMZ reported the teenager was planning on embarking on a national tour and could make as much as $50,000 (£38,650) per show.

Her performance would involve lip-syncing and rapping to her favourite songs, a Q&A session and bringing audience members on stage to 'joke around'.
