Sending a message to the wrong person is something that can happen to the best of us. Whether you've taken the number down wrong, not checked before you sent it or been given a fake number in the first place, it happens. Usually you can send a quick follow up message apologising and that's the end of that, nothing to lose any sleep over.
Except for this man, who sent a series of explicit voice notes to a woman...the wrong woman.
Former Big Brother star Chanelle McCleary shared an 'interesting' exchange she somehow found herself caught up in last night.

"Hi Gemma," the message begins. "It was lovely to meet you this afternoon and great to connect with you so here is some suggestions as well."
And then starts the suggestions and, honestly, I don't know if I'll ever stop cringing after listening to this. Ever. Seriously. It's given me pains in my stomach.

As if getting the wrong number wasn't bad enough, the star shared the messages on her social media accounts with her hundreds of thousands of followers. He's had a nightmare.
Sharing a recording of the messages, Chanelle wrote: "Only this could happen to me, so I'm having a lovely cosy Netflix night...oh a voice note off someone I used to work with, how nice...I am actually DEAD! It gets worse by the minute. I'm done with life. Bye."

In the comments most people just couldn't get past the poor fella's voice with one saying he sounded like he should be reading 'The Shipping Forecast' and others saying he sounds like a pilot announcing a flight is due to land soon. Another added: "First time ever I've been bored listening to something sexual." Bit harsh or spot on?
Either way, this man really does bring new meaning to the word ballsy - imagine sending voice notes like before even sending a quick 'hi' first to check you've got the right person. Still, his utter mortification is our LOLs. So, let's be glad he did, eh?
