It's a fairly new annual tradition, as they go, but this year's YouTube Rewind video has arrived - and you can catch up on the online year that was 2019. Have a look and see what you think.

Of course, we've got an appearance from Korean boy band BTS, there's a glimpse of Minecraft, too.

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's ubiquitous single 'Senorita' also gets a look in. Well, to be fair, it was the video that received the most likes globally, so it probably merits inclusion.

Oh, and - who could forget? - Lil Nas X's storming collaboration with Billy Ray Cyrus's 'Old Town Road' is right up in there, too.

Yee-haw!

To be fair, whatever they came up with, it was always going to go a damn sight better than last year's effort did.

You might remember that the video last year left out a load of stuff that happened that YouTube fans thought merited inclusion.

There was no KSI vs Logan Paul boxing match, no PewDiePie - and he's the biggest name on the site - and no Shane Dawson.

Anyway, last year's video became the most disliked video ever on the online video platform, easily usurping Justin Bieber's 'Baby' in a matter of weeks.

This year they played it a bit safer.

Anyway, take a look and see what you think - 2019, a year in YouTube.

Sure, it'll never usurp the Queen's Christmas Message, A Christmas Carol or Die Hard, but it's quickly becoming a Christmas tradition nonetheless.

Long may it continue, I think...

More to follow.
