As well as having the catchiest theme tune of all time, the 1984 Ghostbusters film was an absolute classic and the scene with the Stay Puft Mashmallow Man causing mayhem on the streets of New York was one of the best. And now the big fella himself has come to London.
Popping up at Waterloo station this morning, the giant model managed to get a smile out of early morning commuters, so you've got to give them credit for that. Imagine being hungover after watching the match last night and then seeing him...
Alongside the massive Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and green slime all over the place, the London underground map was given the Ghostbuster treatment with station names changed to go with the spooky theme. Camdead Town and West Monster are probably my favourite two.
The whole thing has been a huge success for the movie and whatever PR company put it together, because selfies with the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man have been plastered all over Twitter.
The Ghostbuster remake is out today, and features an all-female gang of Ghostbusers, a move that pissed off quite a few of the fans of the original.

The film has so far been met with pretty alright reviews, which is a surprise after the trailer was the most disliked in YouTube history. Anyway, it's out today if you want to judge it for yourself.
