Everyone knows who Marilyn Manson is. Even if you have never been into his music, you'll know of him being the creepy looking goth guy, right?
In fact, when you were in school you probably heard that rumour about why he had some of his ribs removed. That isn't true, by the way. I did a full article about it, because I have clearly lost control of my life.
Well, recently, Manson (real name Brian Warner) has been creeping out pretty much everyone with his Instagram account. No one really knows what it's all about, but it seems like he's leading up to something. Maybe a new album? Maybe a horror movie? Maybe the end of the world? All I know is that it's creepy as hell and I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight.
It started with this video, which appears to show blood dripping on an art canvas.
Then it went from zero to 'what the fuck' very quickly. He captioned this one: "2 Samuel 16:9. 'Why should this dead dog curse my Lord the King? Let me go over now and cut off his head'. 10 defines the relative size of things in the universe."
Then this one... He wrote: "'And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.' Film by Agata Alexander."
Then comes the introduction of this symbol. What is it? A reference to new music? A UFO? I don't have a fucking clue.

This video was captioned: "6:19. The time has come." Which is from Mark's gospel, obviously, in the Bible.
This next video is where is gets like a horror film. You can hear a siren in the background and then there's that damn symbol again. But this time it looks like it's on the top of a church. Is that what all these religious references are to?
Another video, another feature of that symbol. This time, there's screaming and the video is taken by someone who seems to be running from the source of the screaming and yelling.
The final video shows the person driving. They then stop and get out of the car to the sound of sirens. And there's that symbol, right on time. They turn, and there's a hooded figure in the middle of the road.
Creepy as fuck, right?!
Well, it turns out that Manson's next album, Say10, has been due to be released for a while now. In fact, it was supposed to come out on Valentine's Day, but that was ages ago. Is this all album promo? If so, well played. This is incredible.
