Harry Redknapp is leaving behind the footballing world to become one of the latest members of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!

No, this is not a drill!

The Daily Mirror revealed that the former Tottenham Hotspur boss would be heading to Australia for the show alongside The Chase actor Anne Hegerty and Coronation Street's Sair Khan.

It looks like the 71-year-old, who was sacked by Birmingham City in 2017, is worried about his life on the show without his wife, Sandra, supporting him.

"I wouldn't cope," he said. "I'm useless. She treats me like a baby.

"She does everything.

"I can't cook, I can't make a coffee, I can't do nothing."

An unnamed source told the Mirror: "Harry is never anything less than good value. He's had a long, interesting career and knows a lot of famous people. He'll be fun to watch."

We can only hope that Redknapp brings his suitcase and Niko Kranjčar, Jermain Defoe and Peter Crouch along for the ride.

The latest series of the hit reality show begins in mid-November on ITV.
