It's funny when companies come to blows over Twitter, isn't it? Regardless of whether or not it's set up.
Recently, fast-food kings Wendy's decided to call out Hardee's for the world to see online.
It all started when a lad by the name of Joey Staffileno tweeted: "Wendy's 4 for 4 is a deal."
For whatever reason, it amassed just under 2k favourites and 1k RT's.

A fellow Twitter user called Ryan did not agree, replying: "Hardee's 4 for $4 is 10x better."
Lucky for him, Hardee's social team were reading and replied "Amen" to Ryan's assertion.
He added: "See staff. Hardee's knows. You get a burger, chicken sandwich, a drink and fries. Way better than Wendy's."
Shots fired.

Joey then brought Wendy's into the mix by asking them which 4 for 4 was superior.
"We usually prefer the original to a knock off, but hey, you do you."
Hardee's, rather naively, thought they could top that, saying: "Just because you were first doesn't mean you're best."

Then Wendy's ended it all.
"Tell us the fourth person to talk on the moon with googling it."
So far, the tweet has notched up 38k likes and 15k RT's, confirming that the beef was well and truly over. So over, in fact, that Hardee's supposedly ended up blocking them.
