Lewis 'Qball' Nickell has been making quite a stir on the Internet over the last few months. He's amassed hundreds of thousands of followers through various social media platforms. But why?

Well, he's raising awareness of Tourette's Syndrome by simply putting up videos showing what he has to deal with.

He uses humour as a way of connecting with his audience and he's got it down to a T.

He's from Northern Ireland and first developed the condition at the age of 15. Sadly, he's even had to be excluded from certain family events just in case he says something 'offensive' in front of younger members of his family.

The most recent video to go viral is this one, where he reads 'Three Blind Mice'. It's one of them where you're like... 'Can I laugh at this?! Is this okay?! Well, I'm chuckling and there's nothing I can do about it at this point.

Maybe it's the fact he's saying naughty words, who knows?!
