Man On Night Out Calls 999 Claiming He's Found Pablo Escobar

A bloke who was on a night out in Manchester possibly had far too much to drink when he rang 999 claiming to have found Pablo Escobar, according to Metro..
He was also clearly unaware that Escobar died in 1993 and probably wouldn't be spending the afterlife downing pints in Manc.
He repeatedly rang the line, claiming that the drug lord was in a nightclub near Charles Street.
Greater Manchester Police tweeted: "We suspect 1am 999 call Charles St from man claiming to be FBI, asking for help to detain Pablo Escobar in a nearby nightclub, was a hoax."
The man in question eventually stopped ringing and the incident was closed.
You've got to be a bit of an arsehole to prank call 999. Or maybe he'd been testing some of the product that Escobar was most famous for? Hey, we'll never know. All we do know is that he's made a right prick of himself.
