Alright, so you're thinking about trying something new, what do you do? You get advice from someone who knows it best. So, when Cadbury launched Caramilk earlier this year, who better to tell us what all the fuss is about than Australians - the people who have been eating (and obsessing over it) for years?

Australians don't just like Caramilk, they love it in a manic, obsessive, trade in their nan for a taste of it, kinda way. The bar, which is a delicious golden blend of white chocolate, is an absolute sensation down under, causing long queues, panic buying and hoarding when it was re-released. And now, after a long wait, Caramilk finally made it here this summer, with a newly developed recipe especially for the UK.

To help guide Brits on the joys of the Caramilk, Cadbury has been encouraging them to #JustAskAnAussie. But since we don't all have an Aussie on speed dial, Cadbury has put Aussies - real life, living, breathing Australians - on billboards in cities across the country.

Passers-by could ask them what makes Caramilk so good and, crucially, why they're willing to sit on the side of the road and sing its praises to anyone who will listen.

It's even been revealed that Pete from Adelaide, the Aussie appearing on the billboard, has been asked to be paid partially in the newly-developed UK version of the chocolate bar.

We went down to check out one of these interactive billboards for ourselves and put some of our burning questions to the Aussie in the hot seat.

The Aussie Verdict? Well, we headed down to meet Pete, who told us he'd actually sell his gran for more Caramilk! Luckily, he won't have to, now that it's arrived here in the UK.

We maybe wouldn't go so far as Pete, but we have to agree it's rich, creamy, it's a caramel flavoured triumph. Defo scran.

If you couldn't get to one of the billboards then you can always just ask an Aussie, or just go and try the Caramilk for yourself.

To get your hands on one of the bars, head to any major retailer or click here.
