What's wrong with curry sauce?

Staff at a chippy in West Belfast were bemused when they received a takeout order with a note asking them for not only food, but if they could nip to the shop and pick up some cold and flu medicine, too.

One woman, obviously under the weather, wrote, "Will you please stop in Spar on the way and pick up some Benylin cold and flu tablets and I'll give you the money," to Feeley's chip shop.

"Only ordering food so I can get the tablets. I'm dying sick xx," she added.

Speaking to the Sun, Feeley's said: "The order came through JustEat on what has been a very busy few days for us.

"We usually get requests for extra salt or vinegar or no lettuce etc., so this one took us by surprise."

Feeley's took to their Facebook, which has since gone viral to share the story, writing: "Good to see my customers making use of the 'add comments' section!' Words absolutely fail me."

They then posted the picture of the medicine. The woman managed to catch the post online and replied with a picture of her, a pizza and the pills. "Cheers boys hahaha."

Feeley's continued: "We were very happy to oblige. Our customer base are very loyal to us and we love being part of the community we have built up on the Facebook group.

From this picture you will also notice that the chippy serves pepperoni pizzas, like a jack-of-all-trades.

A lovely tale for the grandkids, ey? Just ruddy lovely.
