Man Receives Hand-Drawn 'Doge' Meme Of Dog In Police Hat

Some absolutely fantastic banter.

Memes are good banter, dog memes are even better banter.

For anybody who's been living under a rock without Wi-Fi for the last few years, here's one of the best dog memes out there...

Let me explain how it works, it all comes from a teacher's adopted Shuba Inu, when a Redditor posted a photo of it with the caption: 'Look at this fukken doge'.

This birthed a meme where the picture of the 'doge' is generally accompanied by short, funny phrases written in Comic Sans font.

The internet sure is a funny place, and it got even funnier today after Reddit user Lonehoof posted an image of the parking meme he'd received online.

He said: "Today, after I got out of my car, one of the veterinary students' dogs, a Shiba Inu, walked up to me with an adorable little police cap on and this paper sticking out the edge of its mouth."

Here's what he posted...

And here's what he posted alongside the image: "So I'm a high school senior, I go to a college and career centre known as C9 for half the day before going to school.

"Today, after I got out of my car, one of the veterinary students' dogs, a shiba inu, walked up to me with an adorable little police cap on and this paper sticking out the edge of its mouth.

"I took the paper and began laughing hysterically upon seeing what was written on it. In hindsight, I deeply regret not getting a picture of the doge that brought me the paper but I was too busy laughing my ass off and thanking the girl, as well as the doge, for making my morning.

"As soon as I got inside and sat at my desk, I took a picture of the "fine" and told my friends about what happened. None of them believed me. I don't blame them, I hardly believe it myself."

While the note wasn't written in Comic Sans, there's no way a meme-lover wouldn't catch on to what he was getting at.

Too funny.
