'Bald Bradley Cooper' Takes 'Bargain Hunt' Viewers By Surprise
Classic Bargain Hunt. Satisfyingly mundane for lunchtime viewing with two (usually) middle-aged couples going head-to-head to pocket the best part of £4.
Given £300 to begin with, more-than-half the time they are lucky if they get any return.
But this isn't story about some great find, for once it was one of the contestants catching the attention of the viewers.
Chris was on with his wife, but many had to do a double take when they thought Chris was the pseudonym given to a shaven-headed Bradley Cooper.
Until now, we all assumed that the American actor was last seen in the UK at Wimbledon, watching the tennis in July, but maybe he was also over here for another reason - to record an episode of the BBC programme.
One Twitter user immediately posted: "Today's Bargain Hunt features a bald Bradley Cooper."
Another, commenting on the how close Chris is the double of Bradley, wrote: "God he is and all."
Sadly, the similarity ends in the face. Chris works in the army and has been married to his wife for six years.
Cooper, himself, earlier this year, welcomed his baby daughter into the world with his partner Irina Shayk - the Russian model.

Speaking of how he met his wife, Chris said: "We met through her uncle.
"We were on leave for the army and we used to sit round a big table in the pub. I noticed her in the corner of my eye and asked her uncle if it was alright to take her out."
Cooper has revealed no such story, which leaves us to believe he had not shaved his head to appear on Bargain Hunt.
Sadly, Chris didn't quite get to repeat the success story of his doppelganger. The reds team, he was part of, lost £60 on the show - despite starting with their first item making a profit.
It leaves him some way off the estimated $100m worth of Bradley Cooper.
Cooper's next film is set to be Avengers: Infinity War which will be released in 2018, and will be followed by A Star Is Born.
He recently appeared on stage at Glastonbury Festival to record part of A Star Is Born - a musical romantic drama film featuring Bradley, as director and writer, and Lady Gaga.
