Conor McGregor has become somewhat of a trend setter since his arrival in the UFC.

He's gone from unemployment in Ireland to strutting around Las Vegas in suits worth thousands of dollars, brandishing shiny watches and flash cars. And who can blame him?

In fact, his walk, which he nicked off WWE owner Vince McMahon, has become iconic and now you're very likely to see men out on the town mimicking it while wearing suits similar to the ones he owns.

One suit in particular caught the eye recently. McGregor turned up to the first night of the world tour to promote his fight with Floyd Mayweather rigged out in a custom piece designed by David August Heil, with the pinstripes reading "FUCK YOU."

"The idea originated internally. The expression was the perfect juxtaposition to the traditional pinstripe suit. I wanted to use fighting words," Heil told Complex, explaining the idea.

Of course, now that McGregor has worn it, everyone wants one. Sadly, the salary of the average man can't afford custom suits such as this, but it hasn't stopped people using their creativity to make their own.

Jonny Wilson did just that, claiming he's "trying to dress like Conor McGregor but you've got a Primark budget."

It's quite simple, really. Get your suit, a bit of masking tape and a Biro and you're away. It doesn't necessarily have the same effect, but you have to appreciate the ingenuity and intent behind it.

Jonny's yet to wear his custom suit anywhere, but did tell LADbible "we have a wedding anniversary coming up. Maybe then."

We're fully behind him turning up to his anniversary wearing this, though he's a bit skeptical. When asked what he thinks his wife's response might be, he said "divorce, please."

The idea came from a desire to emulate the fighting Irishman, but without breaking the bank. Jonny claims he "watched Blue Peter a lot when I was a kid," which helped with the intricate process of sticking the tape on the suit.

We hope to see this at his wedding anniversary as well as out on the town very soon.
