'Chewbacca Mom' Has Made An Absolute Bomb Since Going Viral

You'll all be aware of 'Chewbacca Mom' by now, as she's been just about everywhere for the past couple of weeks.
Candace Payne went viral after she posted a video of her laughing in a Chewbacca mask.
Since, she's appeared on James Corden's Late Late Show, been taken to Disney World and been given full college scholarships for her and all her family.

All of that however, is nothing on the amount of money she's made off a short Facebook video.
Money magazine added up how much Candace has made in gifts since going viral, and it's the tidy sum of $420,000.
That's roughly about £289,356, or in other words, more money than I could ever imagine having.
Candace received $3,000 worth of gifts from Kohl's, the shop she bought the mask from, Peter Mayhew, the actor who played Chewbacca, also gave her and her family to VIP tickets for the Fan Expo in Dallas.
There was also an estimated amount of $7,500 that went on flights, hotels and VIP tours that came with her various TV appearances.
Among other gifts and privileges, it's added up nicely for Candace.
Excuse me while I go and get some kind of comical mask to make myself famous.
