Guy Crashes Into The Friend-Zone Head First On Kiss Cam

Guy Crashes Into The Friend-Zone Head First On Kiss Cam

Oooof, mate.

We don't get Kiss Cams over here in the UK, and that's probably a good thing.

They're very American, and certainly wouldn't work at a footy stadium, or anywhere else for that matter.

Can you imagine it if it was a thing at footy though?

A camera swings around a Premier League ground and ends in two middle-aged bald men with goatees and British bulldogs tattooed on their arms scrapping two lads with fades, wearing a cagoule and Stone Island caps.

Despite typical British feelings towards this kind of thing, Kiss Cams are lapped up at hockey, American football, baseball and basketball games over in the States. There always seems to be some kind of embarrassing situation that occurs (coincidentally).

This time round it's a bloke who has crashed head first into the friend-zone.

A Rockets fan, who was already having a shite night thanks to his team's embarrassing display, suffered the ultimate pain as the Kiss Cam landed on him and his friend, who quite clearly wanted nothing to do with his lips.

They laugh and he manages to instantly go as red as a beetroot, as she shakes her head as if to say "fucking hell, not now."

Rockets Kiss Cam just buried this dude LOL :sob:

Judging by their faces, this guy has probably been trying to score with this girl way back when in high school.

Hes probably done that thing where he stands in the garden at a house party with one of her friends saying: "Tonight's the night, I'm going to do it," before her friend says: "That's probably not such a good idea." He obviously doesn't listen.

The next you see of him he's on the stairs, bottle of tequila in hand attempting to pretend that he didn't see this girl snogging his best mate.

Either that or he asked her out and it never happened, who knows.

To make it even worse, and to state the obvious, a 'friendzone' graphic pops up on the screen, confirming the inevitable.

In fairness, it is better than being paired on the cam with your mother.

During a break in a basketball game last month the camera landed on two people presumed to be a couple.

However, the man begins to shake his head with a concerned look on his face before he mouths: "That's my mum." She then clicks on and pulls the most disgusted look you've ever seen.

The Milwaukee Bucks official Twitter page posted the clip claiming it was 'Awkward Kiss Cam Moment Number 324'.

Someone should probably put a stop to this.
