Conor McGregor has become known as an entertaining commodity ever since his pro debut seven years ago. The reason for this are two-fold: he's one hell of a fighter, and he knows how to put on a show, whether that's a comedy performance or a brutal one, depending on what mood he's in.

Since his debut and subsequent signing to UFC, his global brand continues to sky rocket, helped by becoming the first ever dual-weight champion in the promotion, as well as sparking a feud with former boxer Floyd Mayweather.

He's has his fair share of supporters, there's no doubting that, but back in 2015, The Notorious responded to a number of Twitter haters ahead of UFC 194 and looking back, it's absolute gold.

The best quotes here? "I'll wipe my tears with money" and "Who's Katie Hopkins?", but there's a plethora of hilarious comments from the Dublin fighter, who is clearly in his element here.

Typical McGregor, and it's not the only example of him having a laugh.

With UFC 205 looming, and McGregor preparing to fight Eddie Alvarez for the featherweight belt, you wouldn't expect anything other than Conor being form.

One evening The Notorious bounced into a 205 press conference full of energy and channelling his inner Del Boy with a fur coat and red turtle neck.

Straight away he went and took Alvarez's belt, showing shades of when he did the same with José Aldo. He then gave his excuse for showing up late with the always applicable: "I just don't give a fuck."

It's almost impossible not to be drawn in by his personality and charisma.

Currently Conor is awaiting the birth of his first child, so is currently taking a break from fighting.

However, despite rumours circulating that he and Floyd Mayweather are close to agreeing terms to a monumental boxing bout, UFC president Dana White believes the Irishman's next contest will in fact be in the UFC.
