Old people are not synonymous with modern technology.
Just the other week my nan was trying to work out why she couldn't play her old video tapes on her DVD player - but that's the least I expect.
This lad's nan didn't really grasp the concept of Google, taking a direct human approach to the search engine.

Ben John shared on Twitter his nan's search history, and it showed her asking for a translation of Roman numerals, including 'please' and 'thank you'.
Ben later tweeted saying that he asked her about it and she said she thought it was the norm.

I mean fair play, Google probably thought it was a breath of fresh air. We all just expect things from Google, we're rude.
I've got a lot of time for that.
