Sometimes the best way to get away with misdemeanours and hide things is to just put it in plain sight and hope it's so obvious that everyone misses it.
Not so with these chancers, though, as police spotted that a Christmas tree with all the tinsel, baubles and even an angel to top it off was very much not a fir or pine variety, but, in fact, hiding a shit load of cannabis in the heart of a home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Police managed to find all of this green hiding away in the tree, and decided to tweet it to the world for all the see and admire the creativity and ingenuity of the people cultivating it.

A man and a woman have been arrested and have been bailed until February next year, pending further enquiries.
Snoop Dogg would be proud of the effort, but disappointed with the execution.
