Potterheads, rejoice! Your dreams of living within the spellbinding halls of Hogwarts are now a reality, as two luxury flats have been made available right in the heart of the real-life school where the movies were filmed.

Right Move

An ad for the refurbished magical School of Witchcraft and Wizardry was recently posted on Right Move, outlining that those with enough cash saved up can move into their own corner of Hogwarts and live out their Harry Potter fantasies (whatever that might be).

That said, it's sure going to set you back a fair few of those Knuts, Sickles and Galleons - the Victorian Gothic building is set in 100 acres of parkland and is located just twenty minutes away from central London on the train.

And the interiors look plush:

Here's what the ad says about the property: "Royal Connaught Park in Bushey, Hertfordshire, formerly the Royal Masonic School for Boys, doubled as Hogwarts when its 1,400 sq ft dining hall was used as the Great Hall in the first three Potter films.

"But the building has since been transformed into flats, with this modern two-bedroom apartment available for rent for £2,200 per calendar month."

Told you it'd be expensive, but in this case you truly get what you pay for. As well as being located in motherfucking Hogwarts, a private leisure centre is based in the building next door, which boasts an indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna, and there are tennis courts on site as well.

"The tower at Royal Connaught Park was Dumbledore's famous round office in the fifth movie, The Order Of The Phoenix, while residents can also rent out the Great Hall for weddings and other private events," added the listing.

"The flat also comes complete with two allocated parking spaces, double glazed windows, underfloor heating, a 24-hour concierge and a shuttle service to the Watford Junction and Bushey stations."

So if you've got £2,200 per month to spare, you're a proper Potterhead and you're up for living in Hertfordshire, give Right Move a call!

And if you don't, perhaps you'd be alright settling for the Warner Bros. Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter exhibition (if you haven't already). Word is they've now opened up Gringotts' Wizarding Bank - maybe he'll help you work out how to save a few Galleons along the way.
