Harambe's Nan Was Euthanised By A Zoo And When Will This Madness End

Since Harambe was killed last May, many of us have kept him in our memories forever. Some with their dicks out, some without. Hey, I don't judge.

However, news has now broken that Harambe's nan has also been killed by a zoo.

But don't worry, it's not as it seems. Forty-nine-year-old matriarch gorilla, Josephine, tragically had terminal health issues and was euthanised to put her out of suffering on Wednesday afternoon.

According to officials, poor Josephine could hardly move yesterday morning due to her condition.

Our Jo gave birth to Moja, who in turn fathered our Lord and saviour, Harambe.

As you can imagine, the news of his grandmother's passing has made the mood drop on Twitter quicker than a child falling into a gorilla enclosure.

One guy is even attempting to start a new hashtag...

But let's focus on the good times. Do you remember when 'Harambe's sex tape' was leaked? What a lad.

The video, aptly entitled 'Harambe Having Sex - Cincinnati Zoo', purportedly shows the much-loved Western Lowland assuming the speed bump position on an unknown gorilla.

Given the 11-second running time, it's hard to decipher the context or authenticity. A quick search tells me that there is no specific mating season for gorillas, which would support the nonchalance with which Harambe plays on all fours.
