One lad in Chicago has come up with an ingenious way of making new friends without doing so much as lifting his finger. Sod going to a bar or meeting friends through friends. Just dial a few random numbers on FaceTime and see what comes of it.
That's what Red Hill did, by accident, when he tried to get hold of his mate last week. Hill didn't end up contacting his friend at all. In fact, after dialling the wrong number, he had a hilarious FaceTime call with a random 15-year-old.
Thinking that it was his phone that was playing up, when he first dialled the wrong number, he hung up and tried again.
He cocked up yet again and the same kid answered. He could have easily apologised for the second time, hung up and checked the number. But no. Instead, he decided to make the most out of his mistake and spark a conversation, which lasted more than 15 minutes, reports BuzzFeed.
Hill then uploaded screenshots of the interaction on Facebook.

Apparently the kid took screenshots during their conversation as well (above) and sent them to Hill after.
