A Man Who Inspired A Character In 'The Wolf Of wall Street' Is Selling His $24 Million Man Cave

A Man Who Inspired A Character In 'The Wolf Of wall Street' Is Selling His $24 Million Man Cave

This looks unreal.

You can probably imagine that anybody who inspired a character in The Wolf of Wall Street was absolutely rolling in the big bucks.

Therefore you'd assume their house was an absolute man cave.

Correct.

Alan Wilzig, who was the inspiration for a minor character in the film, has put his house up for sale and it's everything you'd expect.

If you're unaware, he's the guy that introduced Naomi Lapaglia to Jordan Belfort at a pool party, delivering the "how many times you gonna ask her, if she's never on a jet ski?" line.

It's already better than my house.

Nothing says "bachelor" better than a massive fish tank, a bottle of scotch and a bear skin rug.

Mood lighting - on point.

Alan Wilzig is a massive motorbike fanatic.

I can only imagine how much starfishing is done in that bed.

Imagine FIFA on there with the lads.

10/10 would have a go, despite my age.

Summer would be brilliant here.

Jacuzzi party anyone?

Wilzig has cut the price of his condo from $38.5 million to $24.885 million.

The 6,500-square-foot New York townhouse has a 2,200-square-foot roof deck, a backyard with a jacuzzi, three bedrooms, an indoor children's play area, a huge walk-in closet, a bar, a tanning bed and an attached garage.

At the rate I'm saving money, it'll be mine by 3076, given that someone perfects immortality in humans.
