This Dad Draws Post-It Notes For His Daughter’s Lunchbox Every Day

Makes my dad look shit.

There's only one thing I miss more than being an innocent, carefree, debt-free child who spent her days watching Disney films and baking fairy cakes (WHY DID IT HAVE TO END? WHYYYYYYYY???) and that's packed lunches. In fact, I think I'd trade every happy childhood memory to have packed lunches made by my parents back in my life. Nothing quite brought me happiness like the contents of my Michael Owen lunch box.

If it was a good day there would be Billy Bear ham butties on Milk Roll bread, a Cheesestring, a Kit Kat and bottle of Sunny D. You know what I'm saying? And if it was the best day ever it would be a Dairylea Lunchable, Pringles, a Capri Sun and a Curly Wurly. I know you're feeling me right now.

They were just the best things ever. Well, that's what I thought until I read about this guy. Now I feel like my packed lunches were seriously lacking.

Rob Biddulph is a London-based author, illustrator and designer and he's spent the last 12 months drawing pictures on Post-It notes and hiding them in his daughter's lunchbox so she knew he was thinking of her at school.

Rob, who has three daughters, said he 'exhausted most of her favourite characters pretty quickly' so it wasn't always easy coming up with new ideas.

He told Metro.co.uk: "Also I often don't have much time to think in the mornings between getting their breakfast, tying ponytails and making sure they get their teeth brushed."

They're not just drawings of stick men either, they're fucking sick!

That is an incredible effort and shows he really cares for his children. It would have made lunches even better!
