Die Antwoord Claim 'Suicide Squad' Ripped Them Off

In a pretty piss-poor attempt at a dig, Die Antwoord have posted on their Instagram accusing Suicide Squad director David Ayer of lifting their aesthetic.

The post is accompanied by a video containing what they call 'all da lil tiny detials u nibbeld'.

It shows comparison shots of Jared Leto's Joker and Die Antwoord's Ninja, plus Yolandi and Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn.

According to the post, the band claim David Ayer himself chatted to the band on the set. They said the director called Ninja just before the release of Suicide Squad 'pretendin 2b down'.

Well, it looks like he wasn't. The cheeky fucking bastard. How dare he be influenced? What an insult to Die Antwoord.
