A production company run by pornstar James Deen has been accused by California officials of violating condom and safety laws.
According to California's division of occupational safety and health (Cal/OSHA), James Deen Productions, or Third Rock Enterprises, failed to use condoms or provide vaccines to employees who may have been exposed to hepatitis B.
Cal/OSHA chief Juliann Sum said: "Cal/OSHA requires condom use in adult films to protect workers from exposure to HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.

"Third Rock Enterprises failed to protect employees from illness and injury while on set."
The news comes after a string of allegations of assault made against him in November by fellow pornstars who claimed Deen had sexually assualted them. Accusations he deemed "false and defamatory."
Deen, who was previously seen as a representative for the porn biz, was dropped by several industry groups after his former girlfriend and co-star, Stoya, accused him of rape.
After this latest incident, he faces a proposed $77,875 penalty.
