Liam Gallagher Takes A Break From Having A Go At Noel And Lays Into Liam Payne Instead

It feels weird writing about Liam Gallagher not having a go at Noel for once, but here we are.

The Oasis legend has decided to pop off at former-One Direction star, Liam Payne and risk feeling the fury of a million Directioner tweens. But does he give a fuck? Well, kind of.

Speaking to the Sun on Sunday, he said: "I can spot a fake a mile off and Harry Styles seems like he wants to bring real music and change his direction.

"At least he's not gone rap like the other one."

He continued: "How did that happen? Did they flip a coin and he said, 'Listen, I'm doing the rap one'.

"If you're going to be silly... people that are one dimensional, wrong direction... I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of those One Direction fans."

I can't imagine these comments are going to go down well with the One Direction fans. I've heard that they can be a little... angry.

Mind you, Liam's used to being controversial. A part of me thinks he lives for it so crack on.

Sometimes, Liam can be pretty nice. For example, he recently shared a video of him meeting a group of youths on the street of Dublin, where he played a gig at the Olympia Theatre.

He pulled over to have a chat and a picture with the 'yoots', as he calls them. However, as his car door is about to shut, he stops it and asks if they've got tickets to his concert in the evening. They don't, so he gets them to jot their names down and they're on the list.

He also took part in Ariana Grande's recent One Love Manchester concert alongside stars such as Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry and Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin. The latter joined Noel for a duet of Don't Look Back In Anger.

Noel flew straight to Manchester following a festival slot in Germany and criticised his brother, Liam, for not being there too.

He took to Twitter (obviously) where he wrote: "Noels out of the fucking country weren't we all love get on a fucking plane and play your tunes for the kids you sad fuck [sic]"
