Weighing in at approximately 400lbs (nearly 30 stone) and standing at 6ft 9inches, it's pretty obvious that The Mountain (AKA Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson) eats a shitload of food.
But just how much?! To go from this:
It ain't achieved by picking at meals, that's for sure.
He has now revealed exactly what he eats after being pestered by everyone presumably ALL THE TIME. Hey, I get it. It's curiosity.
However, he's keen to point out that this particular diet is JUST for training in the lead up to World's Strongest Man 2016 and he advises you (yeah, you) NOT to try this.
Listen to the man, he knows what he's talking about.
