It's kind of impossible to imagine Tom Hanks as a bad guy. The lovable characters that he usually plays in films lead you to believe that he's exactly like all of them. You know what, maybe he is?
However, this is better than both of those occasions, because it shows how personal he can be.
Reddit user deniseespositoart sent the Big actor a sketchbook full of drawings and paintings from all of his films, and in return the legend sent her a typewriter and a thank you note, as you can see at the top of this page.
To be honest, when you see the sketchbook she sent, you can't blame him for going out of his way to send it.
The letter sent by Hanks read: "Denise Esposito...
"For your lovely book of sketches of -- ALL -- those movies...
"Here is a typewriter to do with whatever you need...
"Make more art!
"And many thanks...
What a guy. Can he just be in charge of the world, please?
