After reading about the ridiculous things that have been banned from playgrounds (hugging, tag and yoga pants to name a few) it got me thinking. Are we now just really ridiculously over-protective of children, or have we always been this way?
I decided to ask TheLADbible staff what got banned in their schools to compare...

So I guess it turns out that back when we were in school (generally in the 90s) teachers just liked banning fun stuff. But now, it's just plain weird.
