I can't imagine ever speaking to my granddad the way that this girl speaks to hers. It's actually shocking how little she seems to respect him and how happy she is to publicly humiliate him.

It seems that they are waiting in line to get food but their Apple Store appointment is at the same time. The girl was 'starving' so needed her granddad to leave cash for her to get food. She adds: "Can you please just go up there and talk to them for me and like leave me the money or something.
"You take my phone and you go up there and you talk to them and yeah."
At the end of the video, he runs upstairs to speak to the Apple store.
