A 'stoned' woman died after being pulled over by police for driving the wrong way. She later died when her car went into the Missouri River.
Toni Anderson, a student, was not asked to perform a sobriety test and was let go with a warning.
Now, the Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled that drug intoxication did contribute to the 20-year-old's death. Ethanol, cocaine and amphetamines were found in her system, reports the Kansas City Star.

As you can see from the above video which was taken at approximately 4:30am on January 15, Toni can be heard giggling and slurring her words while speaking to the police officer who pulled her over. She insists that she hasn't been drinking.
The police officer tells her to park somewhere to 'collect' herself. The officer says: "Toni, do me a favor. Pull into that parking lot, sit there awhile, gather yourself. ... Go over there, park and sit."
Her final text was revealed, where she told a friend that she just got "pulled over again".
Her friend, Mary Gillespie, said: "Cops don't tell people they think are intoxicated to go collect themselves.
