The Punisher's Next Netflix Appearance May Have Just Been Leaked

According to a new leak from New York Comic-Con, we know now whereabouts The Punisher is likely to crop up next in a Netflix series.

The Punisher, portrayed by Jon Bernthal, last appeared in the second season of Daredevil, and while the third season is in production, our anti-hero will be probably next be seen in Iron Fist before anything else.

The tweet comes after NYCC accidentally made light of the extent of which Carrie Fisher stars in the next Star Wars flick.

As for The Punisher's solo Netflix series, we're yet to see any confirmation of production.

Fans believe Marvel is planning an Agents of SHIELD crossover after Punisher creator Gerry Conway himself turned up at a Marvel event. Writer Jeph Loeb said: "You will understand why I brought all of these people here later in the season, and why it makes sense."
