Man Discovers His Lifelong Friend Is Really His Father On Jeremy Kyle

Man Discovers His Lifelong Friend Is Really His Father On Jeremy Kyle

Shock!

I'm fairly convinced that you could live the most pleasant of lives, with no dramas whatsoever, but as soon as you pass through the doors and into the dulcet arms of the Jezza Kyle studio, a load of shit is just dumped on you. All of a sudden you find out that your mum is your cousin, your dad slept with your budgie and your best mate keeps nicking your spatulas to sell them for glue.

And that's something we should all experience in life, not just the select few.

Just imagine right now, though, you're sat with your best mate. Maybe you're enjoying a few pints, or watching the footy, when all of sudden you find out he's also your dad. Obviously, there'd be few questions on your lips, the first being "why the fuck did you sleep with my mum?".

27-year-old Stephen found out exactly this while appearing in Jezza's studio and it's being called the 'biggest shock' seen on the show - which is quite an achievement.

His pal, David, who he's known all his life, was also his neighbour. Growing up he grew close to David and his family, and was told on a few occasions that he was his dad. However Stephen's mum brushed the accusations aside.

"I was friends with the family. I was friends with his son," Stephen said on the show. "I got told when I was 17, by a family friend, that David was my dad."

Jeremy asked him how it'd make him feel if it was revealed that David was in fact his dad, to which he said: "It would be great because he's one of my best mates."

As you'd expect, DNA tests were done, with true anticipation building in and around the studio. A woman reportedly even got butterflies in her stomach, such was the mammoth reality of the event.

David admitted that he did indeed sleep with Stephen's mother, saying it was his 'first fling'. He went on to say that he saw her a few days later and 'she was big' - unfortunately David put two and two together and somehow ended up with 17, not realising she was preggers.

Jezza, as you'd expect, began to tell them the results of the DNA tests by saying "guess what?". He built the suspense like Chris Tarrant did on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?. If only he'd followed it with: "He's not your dad" - there'd have been a riot.

Of course, he went on to say: "You're sat next to your dad," which was followed by a hug from the delighted pair.

Recently Jezza seemed to find involved in a scenario that was not so dissimilar from one of his shows.

After divorcing his ex-wife who cheated on him, he began dating Vicky Burton, who was the nanny for his children for nine years.

Carla, his ex, wasn't happy. "I'm in shock - she was my nanny for nine years, she looked after my babies," she told The Sun. "We were best friends. But I haven't heard anything from her. I don't know whether I suspected something was going on before.

"Hindsight's a great thing. There were scenarios that, looking back now, make me think."

She added that Jezza had been in touch since the news broke, as she said: "I didn't know (about the relationship) until I found out yesterday morning.

"Jeremy called me at 9am, and he just said what had been written. It's all very new and very fresh.

"They say they've been together for two months, but you don't even know each other's shoe size after two months.

"What about our children? Why would he let it go public? I've got our three children to protect and this was their nanny. There are moral boundaries and integrity.

"My priority is my children."
